Our offices are in the Cheviot Centre in Wooler, a key community facility, and once the former workhouse. From there, our Public Relations and Marketing services provide success for a range of businesses in North East England and The Scottish Borders.
Barbara Huddart, Managing Director, heads an experienced and flexible team. Utilising her knowledge, experience and relationships with the media, and the design skills of other local partners, she can create a uinique and effective package of support for products and services that will build their profile and get them noticed. Glendale Communications thus meets the needs of a wide range of clients who wish to raise their profile in the marketplace and grow their business.

The team at Glendale Communications is highly motivated and dedicated to bringing you the best possible PR & Marketing for your company. Barbara began her marketing career 16 years ago as Director of Sales and Marketing for The Caledonian Hotel in Edinburgh and at Slaley Hall in Northumberland. Having settled in Northumberland with her family, Barbara began to offer PR and Marketing from a small office at home for one or two clients.
13 years on and Barbara’s client base has certainly expanded and ranges from tourism, to food products to equestrianism. She has built up a sound relationship with both local and national press offices, and many specialist publications, as well as broadcast media . This enables clients’ marketing needs to be focused on their target audience.
The large client base that Glendale Communications has is a tribute to Barbara’s work ethics, commitment and results for all her clients.
